Wind power has developed rapidly in the last decade,and now it has gradually become one of the most important clean and harmless renewable energy sources,and permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine is the most important type of wind power generation.Wind power industry products have high requirements for product quality and reliability due to their poor operating environment and large investment in installation engineering.It is very important to strengthen the product test to ensure the product quality and provide objective product data for designers.In order to be able to complete the test of the motor,it is necessary to build a professional wind turbine performance test platform to simulate the on-site operating conditions to ensure the quality and reliability of the generator.Based on the test requirements of high-power permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine,this paper first analyzes the basis of the generator test and the common back-to-back operation mode of two generators and the single generator double winding double drag operation mode.On this basis,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous generator is established,and the control system of the frequency converter used in the test is analyzed to realize the long-term stable operation of the generator at full power.The main tasks are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the structure and principle of PMSG,and puts forward the overall structure of the generator test platform after understanding the basis of the generator test standard and analyzing the generator test operation mode.(2)The main loop control of generator test platform is modeled and simulated.The main loop control includes two modes of motor side and generator side control,including the mathematical model of synchronous generator,SVPWM model,and vector control simulation model.(3)Set up the data feedback and collection analysis system of the control system of the generator test platform,select the corresponding instruments for the temperature and electricity parameter test,feed the test data back to the upper computer,and collect and analyze the test data.(4)The generator test platform is used to test the generator,which verifies the feasibility of the test platform and completes various types of test projects.
