| During the overall construction of the ship,China mainly uses CNC cutting machine to cut the steel,and it is necessary to mark the assembly line and mark construction information for the parts after cutting.In order to solve a series of problems caused by the use of manual marking by most shipyards,this paper designs a Numerical Control writing marking system for the ship steel plate processing information and assembly line marking,according the actual working condition to build a small test platform,and optimize the space path problem in the writing process.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the writing characteristics of assembly line and construction information,make the assembly line and written characters to geometric abstraction and which simplified to a plurality of directed lines segments.In the case of known writing sequence,create a mathematical model of the writing stroke path,and use genetic algorithm to optimize the space travel path.2)Determine the design requirements of the NC writing system,give the overall design of the system,analyze the selection of main components such as the servo motor and guide rails,and draw electrical drawings.Put forward the functional requirements of the writing system,design and implement the control program of the lower computer(motion controller)of the writing system and the control interface of the upper computer(touch screen),and the test platform’s accuracy and function were tested and run..3)According to the requirements of the processing program of this system,analyze the data format of DXF files,use the C# language to preview DXF files,generate NC machining programs,and optimize the processing programs based on genetic algorithms.The processing program before and after the optimization was run on the test platform and the operation effect was compared.4)The designed Numerical Control writing marking system is clearly written and meets the design requirements.Due to the difference in drawing design,the optimization of its air travel problem is between 30% and 40%. |
