In 2015,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development issued and implemented the national standard code for seismic design of mechanical and electrical engineering of buildings(gb50981-2014),which clearly stipulated the design and use of anti-seismic support and hanger.For the sake of life safety and in line with national standards,the application of anti-seismic support and hanger is more and more widely.But there are also corresponding problems: before the formal construction of anti-seismic support and hanger,the designer needs to mark the location of anti-seismic support and hanger in the pipeline construction plan,and the whole process needs to be completed manually,which not only consumes a lot of manpower but also seriously affects the progress of the project.There are few researches on the whole structure analysis of anti-seismic supports and hangers in China,most of them are still in the production line level of anti-seismic supports and hangers,so it is impossible to accurately know the seismic response of the whole structure of anti-seismic supports and hangers under the earthquake action.In order to solve the existing problems,based on the secondary development technology of Revit,this paper intelligently designs the anti-seismic supports and hangers of the mechanical and electrical system pipeline,and expands the application function of Revit.At the same time,finite element analysis software is selected to analyze the seismic response of the anti-seismic supports and hangers under three typical seismic waves.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the BIM typical software Revit secondary development technology,the second development process and tools are described.Using Visual Studio In 2015,the software selects C#language to establish different types of anti-seismic support and hangerparametric models of water pipe,cable and duct,selects relevant API functions to extract various pipeline information,loads the parametric model into the compiled program,realizes the calculation of spacing between anti-seismic support and hanger,matches with corresponding pipelines,and finally realizes the intelligent design of anti-seismic support and hanger of water pipe,cable and duct.(2)The three-dimensional BIM model of anti-seismic support and hanger is imported into HyperMesh software by ACIS format,and then it is imported into finite element analysis software ABAQUS for performance analysis.Three kinds of seismic waves are selected to analyze the dynamic time history of three different types of anti-seismic support and hanger structures: water pipe,cable and duct.The results show that the anti-seismic support and hanger structures meet the strength requirements under the action of three kinds of seismic waves.Finally,through the method of sharing parameters,the parametric analysis results are embedded into the BIM model.(3)The research content of this paper is applied to the actual project,and the intelligent design of three different pipeline anti-seismic supports and hangers is realized by plug-in function,and the calculation results are parametric into the corresponding BIM model,and the corresponding anti-seismic supports and hangers can be selected in the project to view the analysis results.Add models in batches for the completed anti-seismic supports and hangers,generate a detailed list,and complete the work quantity statistics of later construction personnel.
