China is a large agricultural country and attaches great importance to the development of agriculture since ancient times.As a primary agricultural product,grain is not only a necessity in People’s Daily life,but also related to the healthy and stable development of our society and economy.After the reform and opening up,the household contract responsibility system based on "family" has liberated the rural productive forces and improved the enthusiasm of farmers.However,with the continuous advancement of China’s industrialization and urbanization,the small-scale and decentralized family business model gradually fails to meet the development needs of modernization and large-scale agriculture,as well as the needs of increasing agricultural production and farmers’ income.More and more farmers choose to leave the land engaged in agricultural production and then choose to work in cities and towns.How to cultivate the land in the future will be related to China’s food security and the promotion of agricultural modernization and scale.In this background,in order to adapt to the new period of agricultural production demand,our country put forward to accelerate the development of a new type of agricultural production scale,intensive,food productive agricultural leading enterprises as the main body of a new type of agricultural production,satisfy the needs of large-scale,intensive,modern agriculture marketization,and satisfy our country promote grain production,ensure food safety of internal demand.But,our country for the new type the transition of the main body of agricultural production,especially large-scale agriculture leading enterprise,due to the production facilities configuration standard behind the development of agricultural modernization and scale,lead to many enterprises in the process of practical production because of production facilities and production scale of don’t match,in turn,affects the production efficiency,less than effective grain yield and quality of ascension.Therefore,the research on the allocation of production facilities for large-scale agricultural leading enterprises can not only provide certain data support for the formulation of policies related to agricultural production facilities,but also have important practical significance for promoting the rational and orderly development of modern agriculture.This article first distinguishes and analyzes the concepts of "large-scale agriculture" and "large-scale agricultural leading enterprise",and expounds the value and significance of studying the rational allocation of agricultural production facilities from the theoretical and practical aspects.The research progress of relevant theories at home and abroad is reviewed,which lays a foundation for the research of production facility configuration.Secondly,by sorting out the evolution of China’s agricultural and grain production facilities since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,four factors affecting the development of China’s agricultural and grain production facilities are summarized.Second,the development of China’s social economy;Third,the improvement of rural productivity;Fourth,the transformation of agricultural production organization.Third,by analyzing the development conditions and production characteristics of largescale agriculture in Ping yuan County,and using the theory of "farming radius" for reference,the construction of second-level production units in Ping yuan County is realized.There are 7 second-level units,covering an area of 142 ~ 246,000 mu.At the same time,on the basis of the division of production units at all levels,corresponding production facility types,land use indicators and spatial layout guidance are configured.Finally,based on the study of "Luwang Model" in Ping yuan County,a set of facility system and layout model based on "1000 mu" production unit scale index as the core and farming radius as the basis is summarized to guide the production facility allocation of large-scale agricultural leading enterprises in the North China Plain.
