As the problem of haze in the northern region has become more prominent.To promote the use of clean energy,renewable energy and other resources,in order to promote the development of rural heating technology and retain the lifestyle of rural residents in the north.According to the traditional Kang heating method used in rural areas and the situation of solar energy and biomass energy resources in rural areas,Design a set of heating system that includes a complete solar energy biomass multi-energy complementation with the reformed Kang as the heating end.The main research content of this article first refers to the traditional form of rural kang,combined with the way of hot water coil heating,the transformation of traditional fire kang,through theoretical analysis of the structural form of the design of the transformation of kang,put forward a combination of flue and water heating coil of the transformation of kang,Use Airpark software to simulate the temperature distribution in the bedroom of a farmhouse at a certain temperature on the kang surface(28℃),Simulation results The basic temperature of the building model room can be maintained at about 16℃~18℃,which proved that the heating effect of the fire kang on the bedroom could meet the heating requirements and human comfort.And then design a set of solar heating system of biomass energy complementary rural,mainly including solar heating system,heat storage system.It is mainly composed of solar heat collection system,biomass gasifier auxiliary heat source system,terminal heating system,heat storage system,etc.,through the theoretical design parameters is calculated for each part of the equipment,using the calculated parameters in TRMSYS software to establish model of heating system,climate conditions in the city of Shenyang,Liaoning province to simulate a typical rural building heating system during operation,Simulation results show that the solar heat can provide the whole heating season,36.2% of the heat consumption demand biomass gasifier supply surplus demand.Under simulated conditions,the water temperature of each node is relatively stable,During the whole heating season,the average temperature of the collector outlet is 50 ~ 55 ℃,and the average temperature of the hot water storage tank is 40.5 ℃.The inlet temperature of the heating end of the system is 45.6 ℃ on average,and the return water temperature is about 37.4 ℃.The temperature difference between the supply and return water of the system averages around 8.2℃ throughout the heating season.It is proved that the heating system can meet the heating needs of rural residents in winter under simulated conditions.Using simulation software to optimize the design of the system,by simulating the double heat source in series parallel and different collector area parameters it is concluded that the results of the analysis,using two parallel heat source for the design and adjustment of parameters of solar heating system can be improved together with several quantity proportion in the total demand,Finally,by calculating and analyzing the cost of the system,the operating expenses of the heating season and the pollutant emissions,it is proved that the system has certain economic applicability for rural areas,and it is energy-saving and environmentally friendly,and plays a positive role in air pollution.This paper provides some reference value for the renewal and improvement of traditional fire kang,the popularization and use of solar energy and biomass energy in rural areas and the research of heating mode in northern rural areas.
