Hydrology is the basis for water conservancy,is an important foundation of the national economic and social development,is an important technical support for flood and drought disasters,rational development and utilization of water resources,optimal allocation of water resources,conservation and protection of water resources,is an important preparatory work ahead of time.Hydrological system within the general strengthening of the hydrology and water quality construction of automatic measuring and reporting system,but the system development data processing is relatively weak,although the system construction of foreign information release are also more comprehensive,model is developed more fully,but because the later data processing system function of the data itself is relatively single,have a certain impact on the calculation of information the release of the accuracy and precision of the model.This project is to establish a standardized distribution network switch hierarchical protection configuration system,which uses the front-end bootstrap framework and the back-end spring MVC framework technology,combined with vector graphic technology SVG,generates the actual line into the line information model through certain abstract rules,and then calculates the optimal line switch position and corresponding switch settings under a series of parameter limitations such as line switch position limitation,line switch fault limitation parameter,etc.through the hierarchical optimization configuration algorithm of distribution network line switch,and uses the line information The model shows it,with the function of fault location,optimizes the switch configuration and outage load of a single line,which provides a reliable basis for the actual distribution network switch optimization.The main innovations of the project are as follows:1.According to the basic information of the line,the automatic generation of the line information model is completed,which provides a visual basis for the distribution automation.2.According to the basic information of the line and the optimized equipment information from the optimization algorithm,the optimized line information model is generated.3.The key distribution network information and functions are integrated to provide a complete system scheme basis for distribution network automation.
