As one of the important railway accessories,the sleeper has an irreplaceable important role in the railway line.However,due to the nature of its own materials and the influence of the surrounding environment,the commonly used concrete sleepers are susceptible to corrosion and thus have insufficient durability.In order to solve the problem that the concrete sleeper is easily corroded,a new type of composite concrete material is proposed and developed.Based on the analysis of the relevant performance,the composite concrete sleeper is designed and manufactured by applying the relevant design criteria of the concrete sleeper.The main work is as follows:(1)Conducting the preparation process and related mechanical properties test and damping performance test of Portland concrete,epoxy resin concrete and composite concrete,and obtaining the parameters and basis for subsequent design,manufacture,analysis and test;(2)The mathematical model of composite concrete sleeper is established,and the geometric and finite element modeling of the sleeper is carried out based on Pro/E and ANSYS software.(3)Applying the wooden mold to design and manufacture the composite concrete sleeper according to the 1:1 ratio,and test the dynamic performance of the composite concrete sleeper to test the main modal parameters under free support.(4)Conducting the anti-corrosion performance test of the sleeper,and observing the surface corrosion of ordinary Portland concrete and composite resin concrete in acid and alkali solution under scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and analyzing it.The research results are as follows:(1)The composite resin concrete material is obviously superior to the Portland concrete material in mechanical properties;(2)Composite concrete sleepers have higher damping and natural frequencies than silicate concrete sleepers,and their vibration resistance is higher.(3)Composite concrete sleepers can effectively reduce the corrosion of chemical substances such as acid and alkali,have strong anti-corrosion ability,can effectively improve the service life of railway sleepers,and are suitable for use in some harsh environments(such as acid rain-prone areas,high salinity zones,mines,etc.).
