With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway,production efficiency has become the goal that rail vehicle manufacturers have been pursuing.And the continuous expansion of production workshops,the problem of the distribution of production factors in the workshop has gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.Among the practical applications of shop positioning,positioning technology is of great significance to its development.In view of the shortcomings of low productivity in the workshop,this thesis proposes the use of radio frequency identification and positioning technology to realize the real-time monitoring of the position of production elements in the workshop.The manager obtains the location information of the production elements through the terminal management equipment,so that it can be timely when needed.It is deployed to improve the production management efficiency of the workshop.This thesis mainly uses RFID positioning technology to study the positioning of production factors in manufacturing workshops.The production elements that need to be located are equipped with radio frequency tags,and placed in a range of positioning areas that can be inductively recognized by a fixed reader.The corresponding positioning algorithm is used to calculate the specific position information of the target to be positioned,and the calculation will be calculated.The location information is transmitted to the terminal management system in real time.Firstly,the application status of radio frequency identification and positioning technology in the field of manufacturing is clarified,and the development status of radio frequency identification and positioning technology at home and abroad and the significance of applying radio frequency identification and positioning technology to the location of the workshop are deeply understood.According to the actual functional requirements of the workshop,determine the positioning principle and study the key positioning technology;secondly,complete the design of the workshop positioning scheme,including the collection of RFID tags,the shop positioning mode,the design of the architecture and the analysis of different positioning algorithms;The actual environment of the workshop selects the appropriate positioning algorithm.Based on the LANDMARC positioning algorithm and the VIRE positioning algorithm,the selected algorithm is improved accordingly,such as the weight of the weighting factor in the algorithm,the interpolation method of calculating the virtual reference label,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Optimize the coordinates of the tag to be located,etc.Finally,simulate and analyze the improved positioning algorithm.The innovation of this thesis is to apply the non-line-of-sight and non-contact automatic identification,the information that can be quickly acquired on the target,and the radio frequency identification technology that can locate and track the target,and apply it to the manufacturing industry.The identification and positioning algorithm improves the precise positioning of production factors,thereby achieving the purpose of improving production efficiency.The final simulation results show that the improved algorithm has higher positioning accuracy and meets the positioning requirements of the workshop.The application of positioning technology research and positioning algorithm improvement in manufacturing workshops has certain advantages,which not only improves the production management efficiency of the workshop,but also plays a positive role in the development of manufacturing enterprises.
