Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has become an important part of AC control system because of its small size,simple structure and low power consumption.PMSM control system often adopts traditional PI control,but PI control is a linear controller,it can not meet the requirements of nonlinear high performance control system in some situations.For the above reasons,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is controlled for the object in this paper,the goal is to improve the performance of PMSM.Sliding mode control and Active disturbance rejection control are adopted in current loop,and Sliding mode control and Fuzzy control are adopted in speed loop,the goal is to improve the rapidity,stability and anti-disturbance of the control system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the research of PMSM and developing of PMSM are introduced,and introducing the related control strategies.According to the characteristics of each control strategy,the vector control method is selected in this paper,according to the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is analyzed and deduced.The space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology is adopted in this paper,and the basic principle and realization process are described in detail.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of traditional PI control,the sliding mode active disturbance rejection controller,sliding mode controller and fuzzy sliding mode controller are designed in this paper in particular,the current loop PI control is improved to the sliding mode active disturbance rejection control,the sliding mode active disturbance rejection control has the advantages of Sliding mode control and Active disturbance rejection control,and it does not depend on the mathematical model of the system.The strong anti-disturbance ability of ADRC is used to reduce the output overshoot,and the addition of proportion and integral term weaken the chattering phenomenon in sliding mode control,which is more effective to suppress the internal and external disturbances.In order to further improve the immunity and performance of the system,the speed loop adopts to sliding mode controller,the exponential approach law is used in the sliding mode control,and the phase switching coefficient in the approach law is improved,and the output error and square term of the rotational speed are added,because of the reason of sliding mode control,buffeting can only be weakened,but not eliminated.Fuzzy control is adopted,and the parameters of sliding mode control are adjusted by Fuzzy control according to the adaptive adjustment of the system,the chattering becomes very small,and the stability and robustness of the system are improved.Finally,the system simulation block diagram and Simulink simulation model are established.The stability of the system is analyzed from the aspects of current,torque,speed and error.The simulation results show that the design of sliding mode active disturbance rejection controller based on current loop and fuzzy sliding mode controller of speed loop can improve the anti-disturbance ability and stability of the system,and improve the robustness of the system,the effectiveness of the controller designed in this paper is proved.
