With the national investment in railway science and technology,China’s railway is developing rapidly in the direction of high-speed and electrification,and safety is the premise of train operation.Catenary and pantograph are the power sources of the whole train.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the safety detection and fault diagnosis of catenary and pantograph.In static state,have a good contact between the catenary and pantograph,however,in the process of running the emu,due to the elastic inhomogeneity of hanging along the span of contact and pantograph inertia force,the influence of the pantograph and catenary in vertical direction with a certain amplitude of vibration,lead to the bow net contact state changing,it is possible to cause the offline bow net such as the accident.This change in the state of the pantograph can be well reflected by the contact force between the pantograph.Therefore,the contact state between the catenary and the pantograph as well as the potential trouble points can be obtained through the contact force between the pantograph,so as to ensure the safe operation of the train.In this paper,a method based on the contact pressure between pantographs is developed to analyze the safety of pantographs.Of catenary and pantograph structure framework and working principle is analyzed,using the fixed quality piece of quaternion model,through the force analysis,get the bow net mathematical model of dynamic balance to the simulation of bow net in the normal contact state,the bow net contact force curves,using Matlab/Simulink software to simulate the bow net of three typical state:contact hard point,bow net offline,pantograph slide abrasion,the simulation results show that:The model can show the dynamic contact force changes in the process of pantograph operation.Through the analysis of the maximum contact force,average contact force and standard deviation data,it can determine whether there are hidden trouble points in this state.
