China is located between the Pacific Rim Seismic Zone and the Eurasian Seismic Zone,and belongs to the country with frequent earthquakes.Since the Tangshan Earthquake,seven major earthquakes have occurred in China in the past forty years.Compared with the distribution characteristics of earthquakes in the world,earthquakes in China have the characteristics of wide distribution of seismic zones.Except for some regions in Northeast China,central and southern China,there are seismic zones in other regions.The electric power system suffers tremendous damage in the earthquake,which is one of the secondary disasters.The Tangshan and Wenchuan earthquakes have caused serious damage to the electric power system in the disaster area.This is the typical secondary disasters caused by the larger earthquake.UHV substation,as a pivotal substation,has a very important significance in the power grid.Therefore,whether the electrical equipment of UHV substation can resist high-intensity earthquake has become the focus of our attention.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of effective research and tests on the seismic resistance of electrical equipment,but the tests abroad mainly focus on 800 kV and below equipment,and there are many studies on the seismic measures of UHV substation in China.This topic focuses on the analysis of the main anti-seismic measures of the electrical equipment in the AC UHV substation,briefly introduces the structure,material and anti-seismic principle of the isolation device and the shock absorber,and takes Weifang 1000 kV UHV substation as an example,summarizes the various installation quality control measures in the application of the isolation device and the shock absorber,and puts forward some suggestions.The whole process quality control theory of anti-seismic measures installation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)relying on the construction of Weifang 1000 kV substation,the structure,material and seismic principle of main seismic measures(isolation device and shock absorber device)are expounded;2)The shaking table test of Y20W-828/1620W type 1000 kV ceramic sleeve arrester of Nanyang Jinguan Electric Co.,Ltd.verified that the isolation effect of the isolation device meets the requirements of the code and can be applied to Weifang 1000 kV substation;3)The application of seismic measures in AC UHV substation is carefully summarized,including material entry,equipment storage and site installation.To the quality acceptance and other links,summarized the management and control measures,formed the whole process quality control theory.The research results can provide guidance for the application of seismic measures in UHV AC substation.
