During the excavation process,due to the unloading of the soil,the loss of the formation will cause the displacement and stress state of the original soil to be in a lasting change,which will inevitably affect the original balance of the surrounding environment.The adjacent underground pipelines and surrounding structures will be damaged or become unusable.As the "lifeline" of the city,how to ensure that underground pipelines are not destroyed in deep foundation pit excavation is the focus of attention.This study combines the reality of "Green Building Visualization Design of Mazhuang West Station of Jinan Metro R1 Line based on BIM technology(Contract No.:1737000004011)",with the interaction of "deep foundation pit retaining structure—pipeline—around soil" as the core In combination with the research needs of the subject,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Technical research on deep foundation pit engineering,pipelines and soil interaction.Through the technical analysis of the displacement state and stress state of the original soil caused by the deep foundation pit construction,the mechanical mechanism of the deep foundation pit excavation process and the influence on the surrounding environment,soil and pipeline are mastered.(2)Comparative analysis of simulated and measured data of deep foundation pit engineering of metro station.Combining with the subject research,the engineering numerical simulation model is constructed.The numerical simulation results are compared with the actual monitoring data to verify the rationality of the numerical model,and the problems existing in the examples are further explored to provide similar deep foundation pit engineering design.reference.(3)Analysis of the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on deformation of adjacent buried pipelines.Combining the research project background and its hydrogeological data,a simplified numerical simulation model is constructed,and the simulation excavation is carried out according to different working conditions,including changing the elastic modulus of the continuous wall,the pipeline material,the distance between the pipeline and the foundation pit,and the pipeline.Five factors from different depths and diameters of the surface are analyzed,and their respective influences on the displacement and force of the buried pipeline are analyzed.(4)Analysis of the influence of adjacent buried pipelines on the deformation of soil and retaining structure at the pit side.By changing the material of a single pipeline,the distance between the pipeline from the foundation pit,the different depths of the pipeline from the surface,the diameter of the pipeline,and the number and arrangement of multiple pipelines,the changes of their respective factors to the surface settlement and enclosure are discussed.The influence of horizontal displacement of the structure summarizes the influence of pipeline on soil and foundation pit under different factors.(5)Risk assessment of buried pipeline deformation under multiple factors.By analyzing the interaction between deep foundation pits,soil and pipelines,the orthogonal experimental design method is used to calculate the data from the numerical calculations into the orthogonal table to obtain the weight difference factor of each influencing factor,and optimize the pipeline design.
