Analyze the current status of the research on the stability of hilly tractors at home and abroad,combined with the fact that my country has a large amount of arable land in hilly and mountainous areas,accounting for about two-thirds of the total arable land in the country.The terrain of the hills and mountains is uneven,and traditional tractors cannot adjust or adjust their attitudes.During the operation,there are problems such as poor climbing stability,easy tipping,and difficulty in ensuring the safety of operators.At present,the research on hilly and mountain tractors in my country is in its infancy,and the relevant theories are not yet perfect.Most hilly and mountain tractors are in the prototype production stage and failed to be mass-produced.The related theory research and mechanism design need to be further improved.Aiming at the problems that traditional tractors cannot be adjusted or difficult to adjust posture due to structural limitations,and the stability of the whole machine is poor.In this paper,the classical mechanics theory is used to calculate and analyze the slope stability of hilly and mountain tractors,the factors affecting the slip and tipping of hilly and mountain tractors are deduced,the post-driving axle scheme of the attitude adjustment and the follow-up structure of the front axle are studied,and the three-dimensional The model has a ground clearance above 250mm and a height difference adjustment range of±181 mm.Simulate and analyze the stability of the tractor,import the hilly mountain tractor model into the ADAMS simulation software for processing,add motion constraints,and establish slope models at different angles.When simulating and analyzing different slope angles,the tractor's attitude is not adjusted and the stability difference after adjustment is the largest.The roll stabilization angle is increased by about 10°,which can keep the body level on a 150 slope.Finally,the prototype assembly and test verification are carried out,and the test results are compared with the simulation data to verify the correctness and reliability of the adjustable structure of the hilly and mountainous attitude.The prototype test and the stability test of the whole vehicle were verified.The error of the calculated lateral limit slip angle was 3.97%,which could maintain the body level on the slope of 16°,indicating the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation data of the virtual prototype.The adjustable hilly mountain tractor's roll stability is improved by about 10°,which can maintain the body level on a slope of ?15°,ensuring the safety of the driver and the machine.It is an innovative design.The research results have important significance not only in the adjustable attitude of the tractor,but also in the research of vehicle walking mechanisms and the design of special vehicles,which lay the foundation for the intelligent operation of hills and mountains.
