A large number of display interfaces are in great need in digital factories to display digital information.At present,physical display interfaces such as dashboards,digital tubes,and LED displays are widely used in factories.However,these device-centric display interfaces increase the cost of digital factories and the complexity of integration.In order to replace the traditional display interfaces such as instrument panel,nixie tube and LED display screen,as well as realize the human-centered instrument interface display,this article proposed and designed an augmented reality visual instrument interface system based on Qt.The system is developed under the Qt environment and integrates the image processing and identification tool Open CV and the graphics application tool Open GL.It integrates the functions of QR code scanning and identification,data reception and analysis,and data visualization.The system uses a tablet computer to scan and identify QR code information,a Ethernet TCP / IP protocol to send a request to the server to obtain the corresponding data information,and then displays the data in real time through the instrument interface,using AR technology to superimpose the instrument interface to the real environment in the implementation of augmented reality registration.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)After the study of the QR code scanning and recognition method,the QR code recognition process is designed,the image information collected by the tablet computer.The image processing such as grayscale,filter noise reduction,and binarization is performed on the image using Open CV,and edge detection is used to locate the QR code image.Employ affine transformation and perspective transformation to correct the QR code,and interprets the QR code information in the end.(2)Using the Qt development environment,a visual instrument library is designed,including disc pointer instrument interface,pie chart instrument interface,polyline instrument interface,and waveform chart instrument interface etc.(3)An augmented reality registration method based on QR code is proposed.Calculate the internal and external matrix of the camera through camera calibration.By identifying and positioning the QR code,the visual instrument interface is registered on the QR code image,implementing augmented reality registration.Featuring high flexibility and strong mobility,the augmented reality visual instrument interface system changed the instrument interface centered on the device in the past,realizing the aim of human-centered interface.The Qt-based augmented reality visual instrument interface system designed in this subject can display data more intuitively and conveniently in the digital factory,which is of great significance for improving the work efficiency of the plant and optimizing its work plan.
