Thermal comfort is a complex physiological state that combines physical factors,physiological factors,and certain psychological factors.At present,there are few studies on the thermal comfort of the sports population.The thermal comfort of the sports population under high metabolic capacity is different from that of the light activity personnel such as sitting and walking in the office.When the same environment is at different activity levels,there are differences in the physiological regulation and heat dissipation methods of the human body,and the evaluation of the thermal environment by personnel also has certain differences.Due to concerns about their own health issues,modern people are increasingly moving into indoor fitness venues.The types of activities performed in fitness facilities include treadmill exercise,strength training,cycling,aerobics,etc.,and the variety of metabolic rate varies greatly.There is also a certain difference in the demand for thermal comfort of such people.In this study,the on-site investigation was conducted on the thermal comfort of the athletes in the two fitness venues in Qingdao.The survey included individual information,clothing thermal resistance,sports types,thermal sensation,etc.,and tested the heart rate of the participating researchers..At the same time,the indoor and outdoor environment of the fitness room was tested.The test contents included indoor and outdoor temperature,wind speed,relative humidity and carbon dioxide concentration.The survey was conducted in winter,summer and spring(transitional season).(1)Through field tests,when the density of personnel in the fitness center is large,the air quality is relatively poor,and the odor is strong.About 60% of the athletes feel the odor in the place and have some uncomfortable symptoms.In addition,during exercise,the body's demand for oxygen increases,and carbon dioxide emissions increase,which also affects the indoor carbon dioxide concentration to some extent.(2)According to the survey data,the thermal sensation of athletes in fitness venues in each season increases with the increase of metabolic capacity.In summer,with the increase of metabolic capacity,the thermal comfort vote shows that the thermal comfort of the personnel decreases,and the acceptance of the thermal environment also decreases.In the winter and spring(transitional season),as the activity increases,the thermal comfort increases.The acceptance of the environment is also higher.It shows that the increase of metabolism in different seasons has different effects on the thermal comfort of personnel.(3)The comparison between the calculation of the PMV model and the measured thermal sensation voting(TSV)indicates that the PMV prediction model cannot accurately predict the thermal sensation of the athletes under the metabolic level of higher activity levels.There is a "scissors difference" relationship between the PMV predicted value and the actual TSV.According to the measured relationship between TSV and PMV,the PMV prediction model is modified to obtain the PMV' model,which is close to the measured TSV.This model can be applied to the evaluation of thermal comfort in such sports fields.(4)Applying the PMV model in the fitness site to establish the thermal comfort temperature and humidity range of people under different metabolic quantities and clothing thermal resistance conditions,which can more conveniently carry out thermal environment and thermal comfort to such sites.Evaluation.In view of the high temperature metabolic activity during the summer,it is necessary to maintain a comfortable thermal environment with a lower temperature,and further establish a thermal comfort zone after increasing the wind speed,which helps to ensure the thermal comfort of personnel under energy-saving conditions.(5)Comparing with the occupational physical labor comfort zone in related research,it is found that the summer occupational physical labor comfort zone is higher than the fitness sports comfort zone;the winter occupational physical labor and fitness sports comfort zone overlap,but the range of physical labor comfort zones is large.
