The structural strength of ships has always been the focus of ship industry.The requirements of structural strength of warships are specified in the Calculation Method for Structural Design of Surface Warships(GJB)formulated by China.For conventional ships with a length of less than 160 meters,the approximate calculation method is usually used to check whether the total longitudinal strength meets the requirements of GJB.When the ship hull structure is damaged,the external load of the ship changes greatly,and the floating state of the ship hull changes obviously,too.In order to determine whether the structural strength of the ship meets the requirements of the code,it is necessary to check and calculate the residual strength of the ship hull.Usually,the excel method is used for analysis,but this method is complex and prone to deviation.In order to calculate the total longitudinal strength and the residual strength of the damaged ship conveniently and quickly,this paper uses Solidworks three-dimensional structural model and secondary development technology to calculate the structural strength.In this paper,the total longitudinal strength and residual strength of the ship are analyzed and calculated,and the residual capability of the power system can be calculated after the ship is attacked by weapons.Besides,the calculation and verification of the ship's total longitudinal strength mainly includes the following contents:hull external load,component section modulus,slamming and bending moment iri wave state,shear bending moment in still water and the strength requirements in GJB code,etc.,and then it will complete the analysis and calculation of the total longitudinal strength.The calculation and verification of ship residual strength mainly includes the following contents:shear moment,external load,floating state,static hydraulic elements,section modulus of components,slamming and bending moment in wave state and strength requirements in British LR code,etc.,and then the analysis and calculation of residual strength are completed.Based on the three-dimensional model of the ship,the residual capability of the power system of the ship is calculated by using the solid calculation method according to the explosion point and damage range of the attacking weapon.The innovation of this paper is that,based on the three-dimensional structure model of the ship,the calculation and verification of the total longitudinal strength of the ship without damage and the calculation and verification of the residual strength of the damaged ship are realized,which breaks the conventional excel calculation method and improves the calculation efficiency.This paper take Solidworks as the development platform,and the secondary development of Solidworks is completed through VB,which has the characteristics of strong visualization,more convenient and fast calculation,and provides a new way for the strength calculation of this ship structure.
