Spiral bevel gear is a complex transmission part in mechanical transmission,which has the characteristics of small noise,large overlapping coefficient,stable transmission and strong bearing capacity.It is widely used to transmit the motion system of intersecting or intersecting shafts.It is very difficult to process spiral bevel gear.Generally,grinding is used for precision machining.At present,the price of precision grinding machine is very expensive.The precision grinding machine of spiral bevel gear in developed countries blocks our country.Seven axis five linkage spiral bevel gear grinding machine has been developed in China,but the processing accuracy is about 2 levels lower than that in foreign countries.In order to solve these technical bottlenecks,this paper uses the pulse laser micro correction technology to remove the machining allowance of the tooth surface,and uses the method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research to carry out the research on the physical mechanism,processing principle and technology when the pulse laser modifies the spiral bevel gear material,mainly including the following contents:The physical process of gear surface modification by pulse laser is researched.The interaction process of laser and metal materials was studied,and the general mechanism of laser removal of metal materials was analyzed.The interaction between nanosecond laser and femtosecond laser and metal materials was studied,and the ablation mechanism of two kinds of pulsed laser was established.Based on different action mechanism,the complex dynamic effect in the process of pulse laser ablation is analyzed.The complex process of gear material removal by nanosecond laser and femtosecond laser is studied theoretically.The complex physical process of gear surface correction by pulse laser is revealed.The numerical simulation of temperature field of the gear surface modified by pulse laser.Based on the non Fourier heat transfer and two temperature equation,the heat transfer model of the gear surface modified by nanosecond laser is established by considering the pulse energy accumulation effect,laser Gaussian pulse beam irradiation,evaporation effect and so on.Based on the MATLAB simulation software,the law of temperature field changes when the pulse laser acts on the gear surface is studied.The laser parameters needed to make the gear surface temperature reach the melting,evaporation and gasification temperature are obtained by simulation.The experiment of the surface modification of gear by pulse laser is researched.The experimental research on the removal of gear surface allowance by nanosecond laser and femtosecond laser was carried out respectively,and the processing system of gear surface correction by pulse laser was built.Combined with numerical simulation,the quality of gear surface during the melting and gasification of gear materials was studied,and the laser parameters such as laser energy density and pulse number were analyzed for the ablation morphology,gear surface roughness,ablation area,ablation depth and removal efficiency of gear surface The influence law of the ratio and the application range of the nanosecond laser and femtosecond laser in correcting the gear material are analyzed.In this paper,the technology of spiral bevel gear modified by pulse laser is researched.The relationship between the error surface of spiral bevel gear and the theoretical surface is explored.The error surface of spiral bevel gear is established to reduce the error of correction margin.The structure of the pulse laser processing system is designed and improved,and the three-dimensional moving system,galvanometer system,CCD observation system and optical system are processed in multi axis linkage,which effectively solves the problem that the laser beam can not focus the gear surface dynamically.The correction track of the spiral bevel gear is divided and layered,and the specific steps of the pulse laser correction gear surface are described It provides a high efficiency and high precision process method for the pulse laser correction of spiral bevel gear.
