Optimizes of the structure of energy industry and increase the proportion of clean energy(such as natural gas)is an important measure to solve the problem between energy and environment,in primary energy consumption.Cold energy released from gasification LNG is usually discharged directly into seawater without utilization.The reasonable utilization method of LNG cold energy can not only save energy,but also minimize the ecological impact on the nearby sea area caused by the discharge of cold energy from LNG receiving station.A reasonable utilization method of LNG cold energy is explored.Firstly,the research and utilization of LNG cold energy at home and abroad are described.Secondly,based on the Seebeck effect,a semiconductor thermoelectric generator is designed,which can output a DC voltage of about 24 V.At 60?,the conversion efficiency of the generator can reach 6.3%,and the cold energy per ton can be converted LNG about 2.12 kilowatt-hours.finally based on this thermoelectric generator,combine it with the cold energy released by LNG in the process of transportation and gathering,design the power station,obtain the battery demand,power generation,series parallel connection and other elements in the power station:(1)A LNG cold energy power station was designed for Zhoushan LNG project,,which covers an area of 5 square meters and is composed of 49 groups of temperature difference batteries.The designed annual power generation can be enough for 425 households and three families to use for one year.(2)A LNG cold energy utilization station was designed to use cold energy in the LNG filling station,,which covers an area of 3.5 square meters and is composed of 39 groups of temperature difference batteries.The power generation of the design temperature difference battery group can be enough for 183 households and three families to use for one year.(3)From natural gas cold energy utilization extending to the direction of shalegas cold energy utilization,the design of temperature difference battery group annual power generation can be enough to 793 families of three households for one year.On the basis of the utilization of temperature difference battery to LNG cold energy,combined with the local energy policy and the actual characteristics of natural gas transportation,this paper provides some reference for the future utilization LNG the same type of cold energy.
