| In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in railway industry,but there is still a big gap between China and other countries.At present,the axle load of heavy-haul trains in developed countries such as the United States and Canada has generally reached 32.5-35.7 tons.In terms of axle load technology of heavy-haul trains,Australia has increased the axle load of trains to 40 tons,and is looking to increase it further to 42 tons.In comparison,there is still a certain gap in the research of heavy haul railway axle load technology in China.With the operation of 25-ton axle-load trains in Daqin Railway,the track structure diseases have increased obviously,especially since the operation of 27-ton axle-load trains in 2014.Although its track structure can guarantee its overall performance at present,but with the rapid development of track structure diseases,it is not clear whether it can adapt to the general operation of 27-ton axle-load trains.Therefore,it is necessary to study the structural adaptability and strengthening measures of Daqin railway track under 27-ton axle load.Based on the investigation and analysis of the research techniques and achievements of heavy haul railways abroad and the track structure of Daqin railway in China,this paper summarizes the development of heavy-haul technology of heavy-haul railways in foreign countries and Daqin railways in China,as well as the present situation and existing problems of track structure.The Operation State of K536 +000m-k644 + 808 m track structure and the damage occurrence and development law of track components in Daqin railway are studied and analyzed.From the point of view of the adaptability of heavy load of rail,sleeper,fastener,track bed and turnout,the quasi-static calculation method and means applied to K536 + 000m-k644 + 808 m of Daqin railway are analyzed and studied,the adaptability of K536 + 000m-k644 + 808 m rail,sleeper,fastener,track bed and turnout in Daqin railway is analyzed comprehensively.Finally,taking the track structure of Daqin Railway K536 +000m-k644 + 808 m as an example,the overall measures for strengthening the track structure of the whole Daqin railway are put forward,so that the track structure can adapt to the general operation of 27-ton axle load train requirements.By studying the adaptability and strengthening measures of the track structure of Daqin railway under 27 ton axle load,the damage rules of the track structure,especially the steel rail,sleeper,fastener,track bed and turnout,are mastered,this paper analyzeson the adaptability of the existing track structure to the heavy haul transportation of 27 tons axle load,and advances some suggestions on the concrete strengthening transformation measures,which can prolong the service life of the track parts of the Daqin railway and enhance the strength of the track structure,it has certain guiding significance to ensure the safety transportation of Daqin Railway.Table:29;Figure:38;Reference:34... |
