Solar energy is an inexhaustible source of clean energy and an ideal alternative energy source recognized internationally.In recent years,with the cost reduction of various components in power stations and the maturity of photovoltaic power generation technology,the proportion of photovoltaic power generation has increased year by year.In order to ensure the reliable operation of photovoltaic modules and reduce maintenance costs,it is necessary to pre-assess the health status of the photovoltaic modules in operation,so as to 'early detection and early treatment'.Compared with other devices,photovoltaic modules have their own special characteristics.Their output power is closely related to the external environment,and the external environment changes all the time.This characteristic of uncertainty brings challenges to the assessment of the health of photovoltaic modules and needs to be considered More factors require more suitable methods and models to solve this problem.Therefore,the research on this subject has important theoretical significance and application value.Firs,This article introduces the basic structure and output characteristics of photovoltaic modules,focuses on the analysis of the main factors that affect the health of photovoltaic modules,and establishes three types of indicators to evaluate the health of photovoltaic modules using operating parameters,inspection parameters,and environmental parameters.Considering its complexity,according to the overall strategy of hierarchical solution,a three-tier index system for the assessment of the health status of photovoltaic modules has been formed.Then,the relationship between the evaluation indicators and the evaluation results is analyzed and described with a mathematical model.Aiming at the different degrees of impact of each evaluation index on the evaluation results,the nature of the evaluation index is different(the operation index and the environmental index are quantitative indicators,the inspection index is qualitative index),the weight model of qualitative index is given by using AHP,the combined weight model of quantitative index is given by using AHP and entropy weight method,and the health status of photovoltaic modules is considered The evaluation grade belongs to the fuzzy problem.This paper combines the traditional fuzzy theory and the advanced cloud model technology,gives the membership function model of the quantitative index,and the membership model of the qualitative index based on the expert experience.For the multi-level index system,the fuzzy evaluation model is formed by combining the weight technology with the fuzzy technology and using the fuzzy operator.Finally,the program flow chart of the photovoltaic component health assessment was designed,the human-computer interaction interface was designed,the Matlab language programming was used to assess the health status of the photovoltaic module in a certain area,and the simulation of Matlab/Simulink verified the method Rationality and effectiveness.
