Shield construction method is the main method of tunnel construction which plays an important role in tunnel construction in our country.However,when using shield construction in some compound stratum,problems such as damaged cutting wheel and disk cutters often occur.This paper aim at the 9th bid section of Jinan Metro Construction Project.Use the cutting wheel as the main research component to analyze the force under the compound stratum.Summarize the cutterhead driving parameters under various working conditions.According to the analysis results,summarize the optimization plan of the cutting wheel structure,so as to solve the practical problems encountered during the construction of Jinan Metro Construction Project.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,introduce the main method for calculating the torque of cutterhead of EPB shield machine.Analyze the applicable conditions of each method and make a corresponding evaluation of them.Next,by analysis of external load calculation of shield machine,the external load calculation parameters such as the earth pressure at the upper part of the shield,Clearly determine the external load calculation parameters such as the earth pressure at the upper part of the shield,the earth pressure at the lower part and the side pressure of the shield based on the tunnel structure parameters and geological parametersThen,this paper presents a special working condition in the compound stratum which called the partial load condition.Using ANSYS software to analyze the force of cutterhead structure Under this condition to find the position where the force is deformed.Distribute the stress at the stress concentration position by adding steel plate to improve the strength and rigidity of the cutterhead structure.Finally,based on the results of the cutterhead static analysis,summarize and improve the layout of the cutterhead.The distance between the hob becomes smaller and the stiffness becomes higher than before,so it can sustain high-strength rock cutting,and avoid a greater degree of deformation occurs in construction.This paper has reference value for engineering and technical personnel in the shield cutterhead design.
