In recent years,with the development of driverless vehicles and the arrival of 5G technology,wireless charging technology has an advantage in charging convenience,noncontact and battery life,which can greatly solve the battery life problem of electric vehicles.Therefore,the electric vehicle wireless charging technology has a bright future,which can solve the problem of frequent plug and pull of wired charging,but the electric vehicle wireless charging technology is subject to the technical deviation of drivers,and the coil may be misalignment when parking and charging.Based on the existing misalignment problem,this paper will focus on studying and providing a suitable scheme to realize the misalignment tolerance of wireless charging,so as to stabilize the output power,improve the transmission efficiency and reduce the electromagnetic loss.1.In order to study the circuit topology misalignment tolerance adaptability of wireless charging,firstly,the circuit characteristics of four basic compensation topologies are analyzed,and their circuit output characteristics are simulated by ADS,and their advantages and disadvantages in solving the misalignment tolerance problem are compared.On this basis,a new PS/S compensation topology is proposed,the characteristics of the proposed circuit are analyzed theoretically,and the relationship between output power and mutual inductance is deduced.At the same time,the traditional full-bridge voltage source inverter is abandoned in the inverter module and the push-pull inverter is adopted.The adaptability of Simulink in misalignment tolerance is simulated by using the new compensation topology,and the relationship between output power,transmission efficiency and coupling coefficient under different loads is obtained.It is verified that the proposed new compensation topology is beneficial to solve the misalignment tolerance problem in wireless charging technology.2.Secondly,aiming at the coupler,firstly,the adaptability of traditional circular coil and rectangular coil in misalignment tolerance problem is analyzed,and then a new double H-coil mechanism is proposed.The magnetic field distribution map of misalignment tolerance in X,Y,Z three-dimensional direction is simulated by JMAG magnetic field,and the adaptability of anti-coupling coefficient k of double H coil is obtained under no-load condition.3.Finally,an experimental platform is built to test the system after the new topology compensation and the theory and simulation of the coil.Under the condition that the resonant frequency of the system is fixed 90 k Hz,the wireless charging system can basically keep the output power,voltage and current stable in the tolerance range when the offset distance is 200 mm.The system can keep the rated output power about 150 W and the transmission efficiency is about 90%.The deviation range between simulation and experimental data is summarized,that is,the adaptability of the wireless charging system in this paper is verified.
