Study On Low Cost Environmental Landscape Design Of Resettlement Community

With the rapid development of China’s society,urbanization construction is also constantly advancing,land resources need to be re planned,in order to adapt to the needs of the times,it has become a trend that villages move to villages and towns.In order to ensure that the basic level people’s housing problems caused by land change,promote the construction of resettl ement community.The resettlement community is funded by the government,which is mainly used to resettle the relocated households.It is of great significance to solve the livelihood problems,protect the interests of residents and stabilize the social harmony.The landscape construction of resettlement community is an important part of resettlement community,but the internal landscape environment quality of most resettlement community is criticized for its high cost.This paper analyzes the theory of low-cost landscape design in detail,and considers the combination of low-cost landscape design with ecological landscape design,sustainable landscape design and conservation landscape design,and how to grasp the landscape design elements,basic principles,and the material and psychological needs of residents.Based on the principle of people-oriented,starting from the needs of the residents in the resettlement community,according to the core elements and user needs,this paper sums up the internal space design treatment of the resettlement community,considers the combination of the resettlement community and low-cost landscape design,and how to use the low-cost landscape design concept in the design process.This paper mainly studies how to create high-quality landscape of resettlement area under the condition of low-cost,in order to meet the landscape needs of the people who have lost their houses.It puts forward the low-cost design concept of the resettlement community.It takes the practicability as the starting point,uses the low-cost landscape design concept,and combines the control of the proportion of hard landscape and soft landscape design,material selection,and later management and maintenance in the preliminary design And budget stage to do a good job in project cost control.Finally,taking the actual landscape design of shuxiangyuan residential area as a case,the paper further analyzes the landscape design embodiment of low-cost resettlement community,summarizes the practical low-cost landscape design countermeasures,and considers how to use the low-cost landscape design theory well in the actual design,from green space,plant greening,traffic system,ecological revetment,rainwater recovery and other aspects This paper analyzes the overall design strategy,and puts forward positive and beneficial opinions on its shortcomings and problems.Hope to provide meaningful for the low-cost landscape design of Hefei resettlement community.
