Light wood structure residence has the advantages of quick assembly,short construction period,easy transformation and maintenance.Meanwhile,wood is a renewable resource,and its application is becoming more and more extensive.To optimize the thermal insulation and sound insulation of light wood structure residential floors,and put forward the practical and popularized floor thermal insulation and sound insulation structure,which is in line with the current situation,has practical significance.Based on the investigation and Research on the sound insulation and heat preservation of the floor slab of the wooden structure residence,the floating floor slab and the lower floor slab are selected,and the floor slab with different structural forms and different sound insulation materials are compared and analyzed by the method of theoretical analysis and experiment:(1)According to the different structure of the floor,several kinds of sound insulation floor materials with wide adaptability are selected.By comparing the heat transfer and sound insulation performances of several insulation and insulation floors,four kinds of rock insulation,insulation,floor insulation,such as rock wool,glass wool,extruded polystyrene foam board and graphite moulded polystyrene board,are selected as experimental floors.(2)Through the theoretical calculation of the heat transfer coefficient of the sound insulation floor and the experimental calculation of the impact sound pressure level,the paper compares the sound insulation performance of the floating floor and the lower floor,and obtains the respective advantages of the two kinds of floors.At the same time,it puts forward the floor structure of laying the floating floor on the lower floor.Through the theoretical calculation and experimental calculation,it is proved that the sound insulation and heat insulation effect of the floor structure is better than that of the lower floor and floating floor.(3)On the premise of meeting the requirements of floor insulation,the construction and cost of graphite molded polystyrene board(EPS board)floating structure floor and glass wool filled bottom structure floor are compared respectively.Considering the environmental protection performance and load-bearing performance of wood structure residence,it is concluded that the EPS board with the thickness of 20 mm laid on the bottom floor filled with glass wool has the best sound insulation effect and should be popularized Use value.
