With the development of fabricated steel structure supported by the state,the assembly of spatial structure has become an inevitable trend.The key to promote the development of the assembly of spatial structure lies in the research and development of fabricated joints.In recent years,more and more new assembly joints have been developed at home and abroad.However,with the large-scale application of building steel structure,its fire resistance is insufficient,corrosion resistance is poor,high maintenance cost defects gradually exposed,and stainless steel structure with the advantages of beautiful shape,good corrosion resistance,excellent high temperature resistance and low cost of the whole life cycle is widely concerned.At present,there are few researches on stainless steel fabricated joints in space structures,especially on the performance of stainless steel rectangular tubular joints.In view of this,this paper studies the form and performance of the assembled bolted tubular joints of rectangular stainless steel tubes,which are suitable for single-layer latticed shell space structure.(1)Experimental study on flexural capacity of bolted tubular joints of rectangular stainless steel tube.The structure and stress characteristics of the joint are studied,and the bending test of the bolted tubular joint is carried out.The failure criterion controlled by deformation is put forward,and the moment angle curve and strain development of bolted tubular joints under different parameters are obtained,and the influence of different parameters on the bearing capacity of joints is summarized.(2)Finite element analysis of bolted tubular joints of rectangular stainless steel tube.By using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the nodes,the test results are compared with the corresponding finite element results,and the error causes are analyzed to verify the applicability and reliability of the subsequent numerical simulation analysis.(3)Stress analysis of bolted tubular joints of rectangular stainless steel tube under different working conditions.The failure mode of the joint,the deformation law of the seal plate and the cylinder under the action of the bending moment are analyzed,and the corresponding structural suggestions are put forward.The influence of bolt diameter,bolt spacing,sealing plate thickness and cylinder thickness on the ultimate flexural capacity of the joint is studied.It also analyzes the failure mode of the joint under the action of compression and bending,establishes seven joint models,and analyzes the influence of bolt diameter,bolt spacing,sealing plate thickness and cylinder thickness on the bearing capacity of the joint.(4)Research on the design formula and process of bolted tubular joints of rectangular stainless steel pipe.On the basis of joint test and numerical simulation,25 joint models are established,and the calculation formula of ultimate moment is obtained by fitting.Combined with the existing design specifications,detailed structural requirements and bearing capacity design methods are proposed for members,bolts,sleeves,sealing plates and cylinders.
