It is widely believed that today's most used fossil energy will be exhausted one day in the near future,people will fall into an energy crisis at that time.And the excessive use of fossil energy directly leads to the environmental problems.As a clean source of renewable energy,solar energy is considered to be a major component of future energy,so the idea of building a solar power station has been widely concerned in recent years.Compared with the limitations of ground-based solar power station,space solar power stations have higher energy harvesting density.After researching and summarizing the experience of the space solar power station,the OMEGA project was proposed.But it has a problem that has not yet been broken,that is,the design of the rotating power transfer joint.Existing solutions to this problem include brush slip rings,metal race rings,and various rotary transformer which is widely used in recent years,but they all have their own limitations and are not satisfactory in terms of performance.Therefore,the core of this paper is how to solve the problem of rotational power transfer joint of OMEGA project,and how to design this device is the focus of this subject.Considering the particularity of the application scenario,a three-phase contactless rotary energy transfer device is proposed.Then,based on the actual situation of the subject,the importance of the three-phase balance is evaluated.And the magnetic circuit during normal operation is analyzed,and the theoretical basis that it can ensure the stability of parameters when rotating is given.The corresponding magneto-resistance model is established,and the way to adjust the self inductance of the three phase by changing the reluctance is analyzed.At last,the theoretical basis of the split winding is discussed.It is analyzed how to adjust the three-phase leakage inductance by splitting the winding on three magnetic columns to make it consistent.The focus of this subject is how to design the device.This paper first confirms the design objectives through preliminary analysis and negotiation with other groups of projects.Then,referring to the AP method of designing the traditional flat type transformer,and the parameters of the device in this paper are analyzed and calculated.The design flow of the device in this paper is summarized and explained in detail.In order to verify the correctness of this design,this paper first uses the finite element method to verify the theory.Then,the physical device is measured,and the measurement result is compared with the simulation result to verify the simulation again.Finally,the theory,simulation and experiment are combined to verify the rationality of the design.
