Multimodal Transportation can effectively combine the advantages of various types of transportation,effectively improve the efficiency goods transportation,the container’s rail-road combined transportation is a type of multimodal transportation that combines the road transportation and railway transportation.Developing the container’s rail-road combined transportation will improve the efficiency of landlocked transportation,on the one hand,it can give fully play to transportation of low price,large quantity of transportation and fast transportation speed of railway transportation during long-distance transportation;on the other hand,it can give fully play to advantages during road transportation.The aim of this study is to scientifically and effectively manage the process of rail-road combined transportation,solve the problem that there is no available system in the process of traditional container’s rail-road combined transportation through the existing technology,improve the efficiency of the container’s rail-road combined transportation on a certain g,and promote the modal of container-type’s rail-road combined transportation to maturing gradually.This study is based on a representative railway platform in the western part of China,which is mainly based on the integration of road and rail transportation,to research its operation model,and have competed the design base on customer demand.In this design,the customer demand summarized as a whole,and make sure that the main modules include user management module,base data management module,container management,vehicle management,driver management,delivery management,settlement management,enchase management,railway transportation plan management,train delivery management,bill management,etc.;then,it use case figures and others analysis method to describe each modules’ demand.In this design,PC side uses B/S architecture,it is based on JAVA language and Spring,My Batis,and uses the MVC model,meanwhile,it uses Redis as the cache database;the mobile side uses Spring-Boot as the background development framework,and the front-end development is based on mini program.At the end of development,the function of system is tested by the functional test method,the performance of system is tested by black box method.The test result show that the function of system achieve customer’s demand,the performance of system also achieve the excepted result,and it is verified in the actually use process.The design of system has realized the scientific management of the rail-road combined transportation to a certain extent.At first,it realizes scientific management in road transportation,realizes the monitoring function of vehicle trajectory,and avoids the driver not following the prescribed route during transportation;secondly,in term of railway transportation,it realizes the storage of excess goods,packaging in container,the insurance of railway transportation plan,the loading of trains and management of bills;In Other respects,according to the customer’s demand to achieve export of various reports,and the viewing of report and scanning code to packaging has been realized.The design of System no only realized the integrated management of rail-road combined transportation,but also takes the convenience to enterprises.And it has been widely used in many railway stations in a large coal-producing and coal-transporting province in western of China.
