| With the national economic growth and shipping development,ship safety has attracted much attention,which makes the study of ship navigation safety more meaningful.In 2017,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)emphasized the importance of "adhering to the overall planning of land and sea,speeding up the construction of a powerful marine country",which made the study of intelligent ship navigation safety more meaningful.Radar,AIS and electronic chart are very important monitoring parts in the course of ship navigation.In the case of low visibility such as foggy weather,radar monitoring data may be affected.Therefore,CCTV equipment is added to assist ship navigation observation in the later period.CCTV’s infrared camera still has a good recognition effect in the case of low visibility,while the visible camera can clearly capture the accurate information of the target in an appropriate range.At present,the target tracking algorithm is becoming more and more mature,and the image captured by CCTV can be independently recognized and tracked.On the basis of full field investigation,according to the requirements of maritime supervision department and ship navigation safety,this paper proposes a navigation aid method based on radar and CCTV correlation,in order to give full play to the role of radar and CCTV in navigation aid system,and assist captain in ensuring ship navigation safety from the aspects of auxiliary monitoring,intelligent blind compensation and all-weather perception of visual information.The main research contents of this paper include the following three points:(1)A real-time monitoring method for CCTV video equipment guided by radar or AIS is proposed.Video monitoring is realized on radar monitoring interface by coordinate conversion and setting communication protocol.(2)Radar detection data can be tracked automatically by calculating the rotation angle of CCTV after coordinate transformation,and three tracking forms of the system are realized:active tracking,semi-manual tracking and automatic tracking.(3)The accuracy and real-time of the improved YOLOV3 algorithm are verified by comparative experiments,and the CCTV automatic tracking of the shooting target is controlled by combining with the target tracking method to fill the blind area of radar detection and realize all-weather perception of visual information.The actual operation of the system,through the secondary development of cloud platform SDK,coordinate conversion,algorithm improvement and other work completed,has realized the relevant functions of navigation aid system,added a safety guarantee for ship navigation,and contributed to the development of national shipping economy. |
