| The Silk Road Economic Belt connects the active East Asian economic circle with the developed European economic circle and covers Central Asia and West Asia with great development potential.With the proposal and implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative,the railway cargo transportation between China and Europe has developed rapidly,and the CHINA RAILWAY Express(CRexpress)has emerged as the times require.While the CRexpress are developing rapidly,they gradually show some problems.Among them,the disorderly competition between the various trains caused the competition for goods and transportation routes,which leading to CRexpress high transportation costs,and long-term dependence on local government subsidies,which seriously restricted the healthy development of the CRexpress.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of the CRexpress transportation routes in the Silk Road Economic Belt.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the trade relations between China and the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt from the perspective of trade in goods,to determine the material conditions of the CRexpress,and then to solve the problems of the transportation routes in the CRexpress.The CRexpress axis-spoke transport network was established,and the correlation model was established.The particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to solve the problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the trade status between China and the Silk Road Economic Belt countries,the trade intensity index model is used to analyze the close relationship between China and the countries in the region.The results show that China should maintain its tade relations with West Asia and Commonwealth of Independent States.While the trade links with Western European countries will be strengthened to provide a stable and sufficient cargo transportation demand for CRexpress.At the same time,from the perspective of the overall development of CRexpress and the development of CRexpress with two-way normal operation,the current situation of the operation of CRexpress is analyzed,and the main problems of the current CRexpress are summarized.(2)Utilizing the idea of "dry-branch combination,transit assembly",the China-Europe axis-spoke transport network was constructed of a sufficient and stable cargo from the domestic originating cities run direct delivery trains,and the inadequacy of the supply of goods from the domestic originating cities run transit trains to the destination city.At the same time,with the goal of minimizing the total transportation cost of the CRexpress,the optimization model of the CRexpress transportation routes was established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to solve the problem.The case analysis was carried out with 22 CRexpress operational data.Through the relevant data collection and analysis,the domestic transit stations such as Urumqi,Chongqing and Lianyungang and international transit stations such as Tilburg,Warsaw and Kaluga were identified,and the optimal transportation plan of CRexpress was obtained. |
