| At present,most ships use diesel generators to provide power support for their power grids.In order to ensure the stability of the power grid,this paper takes the diesel generator system as the research object,conducts mathematical modeling and simulation research on it,and improves the control mode of its speed regulation system in order to improve the speed regulation effect.This article mainly completed the following work.Firstly,on the basis of referring to the professional literature of diesel generator,the mathematical model suitable for control research is established by using the mean value method.The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the model running data with the platform data.Secondly,in order to optimize the speed regulation effect of diesel generator and improve the power supply quality of the generator,the electronic governor control unit is optimized.In view of the disadvantages of PID control unit parameters fixed,fuzzy control is selected to adjust the parameters.The output of fuzzy control unit is optimized in the way of variable theory domain because of the disadvantage of low control accuracy in large deviation or small deviation.In order to test whether the new control unit can complete the control task under the actual working condition and realize the speed optimization control,the ship diesel generator system simulation model was built by Simulink,and the simulation experiment of different load variation and short circuit fault was set up.According to the comparison of simulation results,the speed adjustment effect of the new control unit meets the relevant requirements in different conditions,and is stronger than the PID control unit in shortening the adjustment time and reducing the instantaneous rate of change.Finally,in order to realize the model application,the diesel generator model program and the start-stop control program are written by VC++.On this basis,in view of the shortcomings of the test questions in the test system,based on the intelligent test platform,the diesel generator test related questions are written to supplement the content of the test question bank,and further improve the teaching and training application of the diesel generator system in the simulator. |
