The molten salt-air finned tube heat exchanger is a key equipment in a regenerative hot drying system.The finned tube heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency,compact structure and stable performance.In this paper,the heat medium of the fin-and-tube heat exchanger adopts molten salt,and the cold medium adopts air.The heat medium molten salt has the advantages of strong heat storage capacity,good heat transfer performance and good flow performance.The molten salt-air finned tube heat exchanger is reasonably applied to the regenerative hot air drying system,which can effectively solve the problems of large power consumption,imbalanced energy structure,and poor economic benefits in the industry.First of all,according to the parameters of the hot-air drying system of the regenerative hot-air drying system,the structure optimization of the finned tube heat exchanger was carried out,and the physical model of the light pipe heat exchanger and finned tube heat exchanger in micro-unit form was established;Then,the numerical simulation analysis of the light tube heat exchanger and the micro-unit finned tube heat exchanger is performed Under the boundary conditions of air inlet speed 6.5m/s,inlet temperature 120?,molten salt inlet speed 0.01m/s and inlet temperature 420??The result show that the finned tube heat exchanger with 28 finned tubes,4 rows of tubes,and 7 finned tubes arranged in each row meets the technological requirements;molten salt and air temperature distribution.According to the change law of the air temperature distribution of the micro-unit finned tube heat exchanger with the temperature of the tube wall,combined with the change of the temperature of the tube wall along the length of the tube,the temperature difference between the air inlet and the outlet is superimposed along the length of the tube to estimate the overall finned tube The heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger can also be calculated for finned tube heat exchangers with multiple operating conditions.
