| Solar energy is one of the most abundant sources of clean energy,and its development and utilization have huge development space.In order to adapt to and lead the new normal of economic and social development and promote the structural reform on the supply side of energy in China,vigorously developing solar photovoltaic power generation is one of the important measures.But the randomness of photovoltaic power generation capacity limits its application range,and large-scale access weakens the frequency response ability of power system.This paper is mainly aimed at the active participation of photovoltaic power plants without internal energy storage in system frequency modulation and operation cost related technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The main structure of photovoltaic power generation system is introduced,in which the modeling and principle of photovoltaic cells are described in detail,and the output power characteristic curve of photovoltaic cells under the change of light intensity and temperature is tested and simulated,and the maximum power point tracking algorithm and photovoltaic inverter control strategy are analyzed.A photovoltaic power generation load reduction technology suitable for power system frequency modulation is proposed,and a power control scheme for DC/DC converters is presented.The scheme is able to operate at a given load reduction rate and satisfies the sag and inertial response of the power station by adjusting the PV array voltage.In order to evaluate the reliability of the frequency controller proposed in this paper,a small isolated grid is used as a research case,and the effectiveness of PV load reduction FM is proved by simulation.In addition,on the basis of photovoltaic load reduction technology,in order to coordinate all photovoltaic power stations in the same photovoltaic power generation system and prevent some photovoltaic power stations from overregulating,the equal proportion control method of reserve power is adopted to make the active power reference allocation of each photovoltaic power station more reasonable.The paper around the economic cost and operation mode of photovoltaic cell and energy storage cell system,the optimal operation mode of high efficiency and low cost is determined,and the photovoltaic cell after load reduction no longer operates at the maximum power point,resulting in a decrease in economic benefits. |
