The research and development of new energy has brought new hope to the development of human society,which to a large extent alleviates the depletion rate of scarce energy.However,China’s new energy industry is still in the stage of exploration and development,and new energy enterprises are faced with greater development risks.This is because the development of new energy enterprises must carry out continuous research and development of new technologies and new products,and constantly improve the technical content of products,which requires a large amount of capital investment.However,the rapid development of new energy and greater market competitiveness give new energy The profit and development of the source enterprises have a significant impact.Thanks to the state’s attention to environmental protection and the support of new energy policy subsidies in recent years,J new energy enterprise in Shaanxi Province seizes the opportunity to develop itself and become a star in the new energy industry.However,the good times are not long.As a result,the policy fever subsides and its own excessive expansion and operation,J new energy enterprise’s capital chain is broken,its debts are high,its funds are hard to recover,and it faces litigation risks,on the verge of bankruptcy.It can be seen that whether the enterprise’s capital chain is healthy or not plays an important role in its normal and effective operation.Based on the capital circulation theory,risk management theory and sustainable growth theory,this paper analyzes the process and consequences of J new energy enterprise’s capital chain rupture,from the perspective of capital chain investment operation return and risk early warning angle,and finds that J company has a single financing channel,excessive dependence on subsidies and excessive expansion Zhang,lack of scientific research and low collection rate lead to the problem of capital chain rupture.In view of the company’s current capital chain dilemma,this paper constructs a set of effective countermeasures and suggestions for J new energy enterprise from the perspectives of timely bankruptcy reorganization,improvement of internal control management,improvement of financing mode and establishment of effective risk early warning system,and hopes to solve the problem of capital chain tension for similar enterprises Help.
