With the depletion of global resources,rising energy prices,and increasingly serious environmental problems,the rational allocation of resources and energy conservation has become the key for manufacturing companies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.In recent years,the awareness of sustainable production and environmental protection and energy conservation has attracted much attention in the manufacturing industry.In the machining workshop,the number of machine tools is large and the energy consumption is huge,so the energy saving potential is great.Considering that the energy consumption optimization of the machining workshop is an important energy-saving management measure,the paper studies the multi-objective optimization problem of the flexible machining workshop under the time-of-use electricity price.Firstly,a multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling model with minimum completion time,machine load,and processing costs as the goal is established for the time-of-use electricity price and power consumption model of the shop.Then,an improved intuitive fuzzy similarity genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.Select the size separately to obtain the Pareto optimal solution.Then,based on the principle of maximum similarity of the intuitionistic fuzzy set of the optimal solution set,the most satisfactory scheduling scheme is selected,which solves the problems of genetic algorithm's premature convergence and local optimization.This makes it difficult for policy makers to objectively evaluate the pros and cons of multi-objective solutions.Finally,through example simulation analysis,compared with the initial scheme and the NSGAII algorithm,the proposed algorithm can improve equipment utilization by 11.0%and 2.3%,respectively.In terms of energy consumption,it can reduce by 10.7%and 5.3%respectively.The multi-objective workshop scheduling optimization model based on time-of-use electricity price proposed in this paper,through reasonable allocation of workshop resources,reduces energy consumption and improves energy utilization,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and green production for the enterprise.Finally,it provides some guidance for the actual production of enterprises.
