In this paper,under the background of ammunition insensitivity technology,the response process of shell charge under the impact of fragments and shock wave is studied,and based on this,the ways to reduce the sensitivity of shell charge and the design criteria are proposed.Based on the impact dynamics theory,the paper analyzes the shell fragment impact loading process,and established a simplified model,simplifying the warhead to shell propellant,simplified model for the theoretical analysis and calculation,using Autodyn software for shell fragment impact loading process are simulated and analyzed with shell charge in broken under the action of blasting mechanism,focus on using "lifting method" to study the blasting fragment impact eight kinds of material under the different thickness of single-layer shell critical detonation velocity,Jacobs criterion based on different shells to simulate the critical detonation velocity,combined with the theory and the results of numerical simulation,Filter shell fragment percussion resistance significantly,application of impedance matching for different material of composite shell charge under the condition of equal thickness in each layer of the numerical simulation,based on the impedance matching of composite shell charging a better variable wall thickness under the conditions of the simulation calculation and analysis of contact area of the media pressure,input the initial pressure of explosive,the input of the explosive energy,the energy distribution is not sensitive to design warhead structure provides a way.Based on one dimensional plane wave theory,through the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,analyzes the eight different materials of the single-layer shell structure and the main direct contact with the explosive detonation under the conditions of explosion shock wave in the explosive-shell interface of initial parameters,explosion shock wave in the material and the attenuation characteristics of transmission wave intensity.Screening shock weakening effect of better materials,impedance matching method is applied to analyze the propagation rules of explosion shock wave in a composite shell,based on the type,thickness of the shell model,numerical simulation for different combination structure,analyzes the explosion shock wave under the condition of different impedance sort of attenuation characteristics and transmission of shock wave pressure,shock wave weakening ability,choose the optimal combination ofimpedance matching,to study on the composite structure of shell thickness in each layer,the effect of the attenuation.Finally,the warhead structure with better impact resistance was obtained.
