CT is widely used in clinical medicine as a kind of medical auxiliary equipment.With the gradual maturity of CT hardware and the rapid development of electronic technology,the performance of CT continues to improve,more and more external applications are expanding,CT needs to be compatible with more hardware devices.In this paper,how to solve the problem of cooperative control between the extended hardware of CT machine is studied.Through the analysis and Research on the requirements of reliability and expansibility of CT scanning control system,the overall design scheme of the control system is put forward.The hardware platform is built based on Zynq-7000 control chip,the embedded Linux system is used as the operating system,and the publish subscribe mode provided by ROS system is used as the communication architecture to design a complete CT scanning control system.In the vivado integrated development environment,the hardware part of the scanning control system is designed,including the design of the internal subsystem of zynq platform,as well as the design of the external device interface circuit,hardware controller module IP core.The software design of CT scanning control system includes building cross compiling environment,analyzing the start-up process of zynq platform,porting embedded Linux system with zynq platform,completing the design of bottom character device driver,and elaborating the module structure and execution process of medical CT control program.Considering the requirement of system expansibility,ROS system is used as communication middleware in the control system.The asynchronous communication mode of subscribing topic is adopted to realize the message transmission between the host computer and the hardware platform by socket.Finally,through the hardware design,software design,communication and overall system test of the scanning control system,the reliability and stability of the system are verified,and the cooperative control of the CT machine to the expansion equipment is realized.
