With the increasing prominence of environmental problems,the emission regulations of traditional fuel vehicles have become increasingly strict.In recent years,the development of green and environment-friendly pure electric vehicles without exhaust emissions has become the focus of automobile development in the world,and the competition in the field of pure electric vehicles has become increasingly fierce.This article studies the performance of EVs equipped with EM-CVT to verify the performance characteristics and market prospects of EM-CVT applied to EVs.At present,the type of transmission used in the transmission system of pure electric vehicles commonly on the market is a single-stage reducer.Therefore,this paper compares the performance of a pure-electric vehicle with a single-stage reducer that is mass-produced on the market and analyzes the performance of the vehicle.The analysis and verification of the vehicle performance are carried out in the form of real vehicle verification.The main research contents of this article are as follows:The kinematics characteristics of pure electric vehicles are studied,and the structure of the power transmission system,the ideal driving force,the characteristics of the driving motor,and the force of the vehicle during driving are analyzed.From the maximum speed,acceleration characteristics and climbing ability to study the power performance evaluation indicators of pure electric vehicles,from the driving mileage and 100 kilometers of electricity consumption to study the economic performance evaluation indicators of pure electric vehicles,from the perspective of power batteries to study the cost assessment indicators.The characteristics of transmission system parameters,driving conditions,and transmission type are analyzed,and its influencing factors on the performance of pure electric vehicles are studied.The structural characteristics of EM-CVT are studied,and the working principle of EM-CVT under speed regulation is analyzed.Combining the structural characteristics and speed regulation principle of EM-CVT,the speed ratio adjustment characteristics of EM-CVT under acceleration,deceleration and steady state are obtained.A method of speed ratio optimization to optimize the efficiency and drive force of the pure electric steam drive system was studied,and the optimal economy and optimal power target speed ratio of EM-CVT were obtained.Based on the method of fuzzy control of accelerator pedal opening,brake pedal opening and vehicle speed,a method of identifying driving intention in different states is studied.Finally,based on the researched EM-CVT speed ratio adjustment characteristics and driving intention recognition method,the comprehensive target speed ratio of EM-CVT in acceleration,braking,coasting and parking states is obtained.Through the simulation analysis method,the AVL CRUISE software is used to build a single-stage reducer and an EM-CVT pure electric vehicle simulation model,combined with the EM-CVT target speed ratio speed adjustment strategy established by MATLAB / Simulink,through the form of joint simulation The simulation results of the power and economy of pure electric vehicles are obtained.According to the simulation results,pure electric vehicles equipped with EM-CVT have obvious advantages in terms of vehicle performance and economic performance.The performance of the real vehicle was tested by the field runway test and the dynamometer drum test,and the impact of the single-stage reducer and EM-CVT on the power and economy of pure electric vehicles was studied.According to the actual vehicle test results,it is obtained that the pure electric vehicle equipped with EM-CVT performs better in terms of power and economy,and has a certain degree of performance improvement.Comparing the simulation results,the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.
