| With the rapid growth of the used vehicle industry trade volume in China.The used vehicle evaluation business is also increasing.However,judging from the current practice of used car evaluation,the evaluation process is random and unscientific,and it is difficult to ensure the objective,fair and just evaluation results.One of the important reasons is that China has not yet established a scientific and rational theory and method for the appraisal and valuation of used cars.In vies of this,this paper focuses on the common method of used vehicle appraisal and valuation-replacement cost method,focusing on how to determine the weight of the key parameters into depreciation Rate.By introducing the pca to calculate the depreciation Rate weights,to compensate for the limitations of the existing depreciation Rate calculation methods in practice,to standardize used cars’ evaluation.This paper analyzes the limitations of the five methods of ageing method,driving mileage method,repair cost method,component identification method and vehicle observation method in determining the depreciation Rate method.Based on the index system of influencing factors of depreciation Rate,How to determine the depreciation Rate based on the PC value and analyze its superiority.Finally,this paper takes a used car that has been realized as a case,and users the PCA to determine the new car’s depreciation Rate and evaluate it.By comparing with the evaluation value of the evaluation agency,it is confirmed that the PCA is used to determine the depreciation Rate of scientific.This paper attempts to introduce the PCA into the determination of the used car depreciation Rate,and combines the professional experience judgment with the evaluation vehicle’s own characteristics to comprehensively analyze and obtain the depreciation Rate,which makes up for the comparison of the traditional used car depreciation Rate weight calculation.The general lack of results,the results are more scientific and correct,and it is not necessarily a reference for guiding the evaluation of used cars. |
