In recent years,with the rapid development and progress of the aerospace industry,digital measurement technology has been widely used in the assembly and maintenance of aircraft.At present,the horizontal measurement of domestic general aviation aircraft is mostly carried out using traditional measuring tools,this method of measurement is time-consuming,inefficient and less precision consistency.In this dissertation,the CESSNA172 aircraft is the object of study,in order to accurately assess its structural deformation and develop maintenance programs,an automated horizontal measurement system is designed.The parameters and points of aircraft horizontal measurement characteristics are determined,and the coordinate system and coordinate conversion method of aircraft level measurement are established and studied.The construction of the measuring field is completed by Calibrating the automated horizontal measurement system,planning of the process and setting up the benchmark point.The automatic positioning,measurement and compensation of feature points are realized through structural design,hardware selection and module integration of the measuring and positioning device.By establishing MBD measurement model,the laser tracker is programmed to realize automatic target search,path measurement and real-time monitoring of aircraft feature points.The coordinate data is automatically resolved to obtain the characteristic parameters of horizontal measurement,and the user management,historical query and out-of-tolerance warning of the database are realized.Finally,the system is tested to verify the accuracy,accuracy and functionality of the system,and the uncertainty of the system is calculated.The test results show that compared with the traditional measurement,on the basis of ensuring the measurement accuracy and accuracy meet the project indicators,the current measurement time is reduced from 5.5 hours to 0.5 hours,and the measurement time is reduced by 10 times.At present,the system has been put into use and has completed thehorizontal measurement of several aircraft.
