Nowadays,railway is the main mode of transportation in Chain and plays a very important role in the national economy.It is the forerunner of the development of the national economy.The passenger and cargo transportation of the railway accounts for about 55%of Chain’ s total transportation volume.In recent year,under the guidance of the reform and opening up policy,Chain s national economy has developed very rapidly,requiring railway transportation capacity to adapt to the development of the national economy.Now,through timely measures taken by the central government,the railway infrastructure construction has been intensified and high-speed railways have been intensified input.At the same time,people’ s requirements for the high-speed railways are getting higher and higher.In order to ensure the high-speed and stable operation of high-speed trains,the reliability requirements for the hoisting of high-speed vehicles are getting higher and higher.In this paper,the hoisting of the break module of the high-speed EMU is carried out as a model,and the relevant finite element analysis of the hoisting of the break module of the EMU is carried out Firstly,based on the HyperMesh frnite element software,the three-dimensional model of the break module hoisting of the EMU is extracted,the middle surface,the geometric processing and the corresponding model simplification,and the finite element mesh is divided by HyperMesh ’s powerful finite element preprocessing function.According to the requirements of the actual model,the maaterial properties and thickness of the finite element model are given;then,according to the "BS EN12663-2010 railway application railway vehicle body structure requirements",the finite element analysis of the break module hoisting is carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software.According to BS EN12663-2010,the three-way acceleration of the break module hoisting is taken as±3g,±1g,(1±c)g,and the break module is hoisted differently based on ANSYS.Static strength analysis is carried out under working conditions;then the natural frequencies of different stages of the hoisting of the break module are obtained according to the modal analysis of ANSYS to determine the vibration oharacteristics of the hoisting of the break module;then,the breaking module is based on the nominal stress method.Lifting for fetigue analysis and evaluation of it;finally,based on the previous static analysis,the nephogram of the stress finds the part of the maximum stress,and optimizes it with OptiStruct software,which makes the maximum stress part decrease.
