Track irregularity directly affects the safety,stability and comfort of train operation.However,with the extension of the service period of high-speed railway,under the coupling effect of train load,temperature and other environmental factors,the damage accumulation of the rail and track structure is inevitable,which leads to the change of the geometric shape of the track and causes the abnormal irregularity of the track.Although the rail inspection vehicle and the moving inspection vehicle can be used to check the geometry and appearance of the rail regularly,the practicality and economy limit the timeliness of this kind of track abnormal detection method.It is of great engineering significance to find another way to carry out the fast detection and diagnosis of high-speed railway track abnormal.Based on this,this paper attempts to realize fast abnormal diagnosis of high-speed rail track structure with the vibration information of high-speed rail operating vehicles as the medium.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)A passenger train-track coupling dynamics model was established by using the multi-body dynamics software,and the vibration response of the vehicle body was obtained by taking the random irregularity spectrum of the track as the wheel-rail excitation.The rationality of the established bus-track coupling dynamics model was verified by comparing it with the measured data and specification limitations.(2)By superimposing the typical abnormal waveform into track irregularities as the wheel-rail excitation,compare the change law of the vibration acceleration responses from sensors located on different measuring points when the passenger train passing by different types of abnormal track irregularities.The feasibility of diagnosing abnormal irregularities of lower track structure based on the vibration acceleration of vehicle body was verified,and the front and rear of the carriage were determined as the the optimal layout position for vibration sensors.(3)A method was proposed to quickly locate the abnormal track structure by piecewise statistics of high-order moment characteristics of vehicle body vibration response,and the influence of high-order moment order and data segment length on the recognition effect of abnormal moment was studied,and the feasibility of identifying the abnormal degree of track through the strength of high-order moment signal was proved.(4)A detection method of track abnormal irregularity based on the wavelet analysis of vehicle body vibration response was proposed,and the influence of the number of wavelet decomposition layers on the recognition effect of abnormal moments was studied.Through the wavelet reconstruction signal analysis of the sensitive frequency layer,the synchronous recognition of signal abnormal degree,duration and multiple types of abnormal signals was realized.(5)Taking the vibration acceleration of the vehicle body of the high-speed emu passing through the track diseased section as the research object,the feasibility of using the statistical high order moment and wavelet reconstruction signal based on the vibration response of the vehicle body to realize the detection of track structure diseases is verified.
