Reconfiguration of distribution network is an important means to optimize the operation of distribution system,and it is also an important content of distribution network automation research.The distribution network is usually closed-loop and open-loop.Under normal operating conditions,the distribution dispatcher performs switching operations to adjust the network structure according to the operating conditions.On the one hand,the load can be transferred from a heavy load feeder or an overloaded feeder to a light load feeder,thereby adjusting the load level of the feeder and eliminating the overload of the feeder,improving the quality of the system supply voltage.On the other hand,through network reconstruction can improve the operation mode of the power grid to reduce network losses and improve the economics of the system.When a fault occurs in the power distribution system,some segmented switches are opened to isolate the fault,and some contact switches are closed to transfer some or all of the load on the faulty line to the non-faulted line,thereby reducing the scope of power outages,and quickly restoring power.Based on the current research status of modern optimization algorithms and distribution network optimization analysis,the following aspects of distribution network reconstruction based on tabu search algorithm are studied:(1)Based on the topology analysis of the distribution network,the radial criterion of the distribution network is given and the flow of the radial criterion of the distribution network is summarized.The forward power generation method based on branch current is used for power flow calculation,which avoids complicated network numbering work and can quickly and conveniently determine the structure of the distribution network.(2)The parallel tabu search algorithm is used to solve the problems of complex coding and low calculation efficiency during the distribution network reconstruction process.The algorithm searches the solution space at the same time by setting multiple tabu lengths,which improve the search efficiency.When designing the neighborhood structure,the coding strategy of the N-dimensional coordinate system is used to encode the switches in the network.The operations of adding 1 and subtracting 1 correspond to the movement of the switch in the network topology map.In this neighborhood structure,optimization is performed and the global optimal solution is obtained.Finally,two IEEE classic examples are used for simulation.The results show that the algorithm can be used to quickly and easily find the network structure that minimizes the network loss when using this algorithm to study the distribution network reconstruction.(3)Conduct dynamic distribution network reconfiguration research 24 hours a day.First,the time interval is divided into equal time periods,and the static reconstruction study is carried out for each time period on the basis of load forecasting.Then,through two optimization strategies,the reconstruction results of each time period are combined and optimized to obtain the final dynamic reconstruction scheme.Using IEEE33 node system for simulation,the results show that applying this method to the dynamic reconstruction of distribution network can further improve the economic performance of distribution network operation and has certain feasibility and practicality.
