With the economic development and progress,port safety has aroused widespread concern of the public.The accelerator in the port container perspective security inspection channel system will generate leakage radiation under working conditions,which will cause radioactive damage to the people in the nearby area and cause pollution to the surrounding environment of the port.Therefore,in order to prevent the hazards of port leakage radiation and ensure the safety of on-site personnel,it is very necessary to design a computer monitoring and early warning system for port leakage radiation dose.Combined with the project requirements,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the automatic control system of the RS-485??bus monitor,and carries out the system hardware design and software design.Hardware design mainly includes equipment selection and hardware connection;software design mainly includes complex report processing function design,configuration monitoring function design and system simulation early warning function design.Through the King View software design,the monitoring and early warning system interface is designed,and the serial port communication is used to complete the data transmission between the host computer and the scene.The thesis puts forward an early warning algorithm of port leakage radiation based on BP neural network,and uses DDE communication to complete the transmission of the prediction result data between MATLAB and King View,and realizes the early warning of on-site leakage radiation dose.At the same time,the Power Builder development tool is used to complete the complex report function of the port leakage radiation monitoring and early warning system.The practical application shows that the computerized monitoring and early warning system of the port leakage radiation dose designed in this paper has stable performance,and the established prediction model also has high accuracy,meets the overall design requirements of the project,and has good reliability and real-time performance.
