Research On Space Reuse Design Of Urban Waste Docks From The Perspective Of "resilient City"

With the acceleration development of reform and opening up,China is gradually entering the era of industrialization,economic development into a period of sustained and rapid growth,but various problems of industrialization of urban construction also gradually exposed,in order to promote urban construction efficiency and quality,is advantageous for the urban construction work,the late urban renewal must be on the agenda,the proposed "double major city" in our country urban planning idea,to cater to the post-industrial paradigm of urban restoration and ecological restoration.As one of the old city reconstruction types,the space reuse of urban waste wharf is an important link in urban repair.In-depth analysis and research on it is an important means to promote the process of "urban double repair" and promote urban renewal in China.Based on urban waste dock space as the research object,combined with the above thinking,from the space design level,summarizes the urban waste wharf spatial reuse of the status quo,based on the current academic research hot spots-toughness city concept,put forward urban waste dock space reuse design strategy,combined with the author’s case in Qingdao-Qingdao blue ocean new harbor city project,analysis of toughness city concept waste dock space reuse design strategy in the case from the perspective of practical application,in order to recycle waste wharf of current our country city space provides effective reference experience.The paper is divided into 7 chapters,of which chapters 1,2 and 3 are the basis of the paper,mainly including the research background and significance,research objects and research scope,research methods,research framework,theoretical basis and related concepts,and the domestic and foreign reviews and relevant cases are summarized and sorted out.Chapter 4,5 and 6 are the core parts of this paper.Chapter 4 firstly summarizes several modes of space reuse of urban waste wharf in China,and reflects on the problems in the process of space reuse of urban waste wharf in China.Chapter 5 elaborates the design strategy of space reuse of urban waste docks based on the concept of resilient city.Chapter 6makes an in-depth interpretation of Qingdao lanhai new port city project,analyzes the practical application of the design strategy of space reuse of waste wharfs in cases from theperspective of resilient city concept,and provides strong practical experience support for theoretical research.Chapter 7,as the summary of the whole paper,expounds the conclusions of the paper,analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the paper,and puts forward the expectation of the space reuse design of the waste wharf in the future.
