Research On Smart Kitchen Interaction Design Based On Elderly Physiology And Behavior Characteristics

China’s aging phenomenon is serious,and the problem of old-age care has become a hot spot in the society.Many designers are devoted to the research of elderly care products.For the elderly at home,the kitchen is a very important family activity area,which requires providing the elderly with a more comfortable cooking environment.The kitchen ’s intelligent strategy can solve the elderly ’s cooking process to a certain extent.Obstacles,so studying the methods and applications of interactive design for the elderly smart kitchen has important practical significance for improving the quality of life of the elderly.This subject takes self-care seniors and seniors walking with tools as the research objects,deeply studies the physiological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly group,analyzes and summarizes the data of the elderly’s machine-interaction scale,and aims to improve the elderly’s cooking self-care ability.Smart kitchen interactive design method.The research content of this article is divided into four parts:(1)Research on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly: This study uses questionnaire surveys,field visits and data collection to deeply study the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and elaborate on the life obstacles caused by the decline in the physical ability of the elderly,and The psychological problems brought about by the living environment and personal reasons summarize the design enlightenment based on the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly.(2)Analysis of the scale and behavior of the elderly’s computer interaction: Based on the ergonomics theory,the elderly’s body size data and kitchen interaction behavior are studied.According to the elderly’s behavioral flow in the kitchen,the kitchen humancomputer interaction scale is drawn.It summarizes the application methods of elderly computer interaction scale and behavior analysis in design practice.(3)Research on the design method of smart kitchen interactive products for the elderly: Investigate the development process and current situation of the kitchen,summarize the existing problems in the design of the smart kitchen,summarize the specific design methods of suitable aging kitchen facilities,and propose the interactive design of the elderly smart kitchen Elements,summarize the design strategy according to the physiological characteristics of the elderly.(4)Interaction design practice of smart kitchen for the elderly: Based on the previous theoretical research,a smart kitchen design scheme to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly is proposed,and a new design model for the smart interactive kitchen for the elderly is constructed to verify the feasibility of this subject.
