The H1 stellarator is a large scientific device of the Australian National University and the only stellarator in operation in Australia,after the introduction of University of South China,it will fill the gap in the domestic stellarator experimental research.The magnetic field of the H1 stellarator is composed of 42 cake coils,the maximum current of the coil is 14 kA,and the total power exceeds 10 MVA.Due to the huge power,although it is powered by a 24 pulse-wave rectified power supply,it still inevitably brings impacts on the power grid,for example,problems such as voltage drop and harmonic pollution of the power grid,these problems may lead to distortion of the power grid waveform,collapse due to voltage instability and large-scale power outages,etc,therefore,it is of great significance to study the power supply of H1 stellarator magnetic field power supply.This paper aims at the H1 stellarator magnetic field power supply,its power supply system is initially designed.It is proposed to use the existing10 kV power supply network of the school power grid to power the H1 stellarator magnetic field power supply.It mainly focuses on the research that H1 stellarator magnetic field power is put into the school power grid,which will cause the voltage drop of the school power grid and bring harmonic pollution,and take appropriate measures to control the generated harmonics and alleviate the voltage drop of the power grid of the school.By investigating the parameters of school's main transformer,distribution transformer,etc,calculating the simulation parameters of each module,constructing a school power grid simulation model,and analyzing the voltage and harmonic pollution of the user side of the school power grid;Then establishing a simulation model of H1 stellarator magnetic field power connected to the school power grid,and analyzing its voltage on the user side of the school power grid and its harmonic pollution again,it is concluded that the main output of the magnetic field power supply of the H1 stellarator is connected to the school grid,which causes the voltage drop of the user side of the school grid to reach 26.45%,and brings certain harmonic pollution.Analyzed the harmonics of H1 stellarator magnetic field power injected into the grid side,and aiming at the characteristic that the main output of the magnetic field power supply of the H1 stellarator is injected into the grid with a large harmonic content,a passive filter management method suitable for H1 stellarator harmonics management is adopted,by introducing two single-tuned filters and a high-pass filter,and optimizing the parameters of the filter,then establishing the equivalent simulation model of the filter harmonic suppression circuit.After the harmonic treatment,the harmonics injected into the grid side of the main output of the H1 stellarator magnetic field power are suppressed,and the power quality of the grid is improved.Aiming at the problem that the main output of the magnetic field power supply of the H1 stellarator causes the voltage drop in the school grid,it is proposed to use the battery power supply to supplement,and the battery power supply can be automatically and reliably turned off.It mainly analyzes the control method of battery power supply,the power supply scheme in which the battery power is connected in series to the rectifier power bus side of the H1 stellarator is drawn,which can increase and stabilize the voltage on the rectifier power bus side to about 1000 V,thereby alleviating the voltage drop problem of the school grid.However,this series power supply scheme has short-time pulse problems,therefore,it is proposed to connect the batterypower supply in parallel to the both ends of the main output magnet coil of the H1 stellarator magnetic field power supply to supplement,and analyzing the current sharing measures to achieve parallel power supply,and it is concluded that this scheme is feasible.
