With the development of society,people pay more attention to the application of energy and the improvement of indoor heating requirements,floor radiant heating has been widely used because of its good thermal comfort,environmental protection and sanitation,but there are some shortcomings in the promotion and application,such as long preheating time,inconvenient maintenance,high occupancy level and so on.In this paper,the metal radiant panel is used as the heating system whose space between the heating terminal and the floor is not adjacent,and the heat transfer characteristics of the metal radiant panel and the temperature and velocity fields of the thermal environment in the room heated are simulated.The following research results are obtained through the research.1?On the basis of the common use of floor tiles in the market,the physical and mathematical models of single metal radiation plates with dimensions(length × width × height)of 400 mm×400 mm×32mm,600 mm×600mm×32mm were established.The effects of water supply temperature,water flow rate and coil spacing on the average surface temperature and heat dissipation were studied by using CFD software.The metal radiation plates with dimensions(length × width × height)of 400 mm×400 mm×32mm has the best heating effect when the pipe spacing is 100 mm,the water supply flow rate is 0.1m/s,the water supply temperature is 30~32?.The metal radiation plates with dimensions(length × width × height)of 600 mm×600 mm×32mm has the best heating effect when the pipe spacing is 100 mm,the water supply flow rate is 0.1m/s,the water supply temperature is 32~34?.2?Taking one room of a certain residence as an example,the metal radiation plate of two specifications(length × width × height)400 mm× 400mm×32mm(specification 1),600 mm×600mm×32mm(specification 2)is not laid adjacent to the floor to simulate the indoor thermal environment numerically.The results show that the indoor action temperature of specification 1 radiation plate is 0.2? higher than that of specification 2 radiation plate,and the temperature stratification phenomenon of specification 2 radiation plate is more obvious than that of specification 1 radiation plate.Compared with the temperature field and velocity field,the indoor thermal environment with the specification 1 radiation plate is more comfortable.
