The rim thruster is a new electr,ic propulsion device that integrates the propeller and the motor.It has small size,low construction cost,simple structure,high operating efficiency,low noise and vibration.Traditional rim thrusters mostly use permanent magnet synchronous motors as built-in motors.They have the advantages of small torque ripple,rapid start-up,and low loss.They can also be used as power generators and can be:used in ship propulsion systems.The field is wide.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of ship technology,people have put forward higher requirements on the safety,reliability and fault tolerance of ship control systems,and permanent magnet synchronous motors do not have fault tolerance,so they will The combination of the edge thruster and the permanent-magnet fault-tolerant motor makes it have fault-tolerant capability,ensuring reliability while ensuring performance.DTC has many advantages such as simple control process and control results that do not depend on motor parameters.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology of permanent torque fault-tolerant rim motor direct torque control for the application of rim thrusters.This paper mainly conducts in-depth research on direct torque control of permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motors.First,the structure characteristics and mathematical model of six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motor are briefly introduced.Then focus on the study of the direct torque control of six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor,respectively build the traditional DTC based on bang-bang control,DTC based on SVPWM and fuzzy logic.The basic principle and control process of the control,the simulation model of the direct torque control system of the permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motor is built,and the operation of the motor in the fault-free state and the operation of the one-phase open circuit are simulated respectively,and the simulation results are compared,While obtaining a better control strategy,the results also verified the accuracy of applying direct torque control to the six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motor.In the end,this paper conducted a prelim inary study on the hardware circuit and software,and built a TMS320F28335-based six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motor direct torque control experiment platform.The experiment was carried out under the condition of the motor running without fault and the one-phase open circuit.The hardware experimental results also verify the viewpoint of applying direct torque control strategy to six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant rim propulsion motor.
