With the rapid development of global economy and the continuous progress of human society,the excessive use of natural resources has also brought serious environmental problems to human society.The development and use of new energy technology is imminent,and solar power generation as an important new energy generation form is widely used.The interference of solar radiation intensity,surrounding temperature,shadow and other factors will lead to frequent power fluctuations in the power generation system and reduce the power generation efficiency.In order to solve the stability problem of photovoltaic power generation system,a hybrid energy storage and voltage stabilizing controller is designed in this paper.Th e hybrid use of the two plays the biggest advantage of the energy storage system,which is of great significance to solve the power fluctuation problem of photovoltaic power generation system.Based on the research of photovoltaic power generation technolo gy and hybrid energy storage technology,a hybrid energy storage and stabilization device of super capacitor and battery is designed for the system of independent photovoltaic power supply for DC load.The characteristics of the energy storage elements are studied and analyzed,the rationality of the hybrid energy storage is proved theoretically,and the topological structure of the hybrid energy storage system is determined.The topological structure connects the super capacitor and the battery respectivel y through the controller and the DC bus,and the controller can control the bidirectional flow of energy to maintain the stability of the system.According to the different working states of photovoltaic array and energy storage system,the energy management strategy is designed and verified by simulation in Matlab / Simulink environment.It is proved that the energy management strategy can stably adjust the energy and maintain the power balance when the power fluctuation occurs in the system.The photovoltaic power generation system studied in this paper directly supplies DC load without inverter process,and DC bus voltage directly reflects the stable state of the system.Then,this paper studies the control algorithm of the two-way controller.Because the static working point of the super capacitor is difficult to control due to the large voltage range change in the working process,the nonlinear synergetic control algorithm can be applied to the control of the two-way converter to achieve more stable control of the system,and the feasibility is verified in the simulation.Finally,the experimental platform is built to build the prototype of the hybrid energy storage and voltage stabilizing controller,in which the MPPT part uses the unidirectional boost c ircuit,the energy storage system controller part uses the bidirectional buck / boost circuit,designs the signal acquisition circuit,the drive circuit,etc.,and designs the main program and each subprogram of the software.In the experiment,the input voltage of unidirectional converter is changed to simulate the power fluctuation in photovoltaic system,and the experiments of input power mutation and load mutation are carried out.The experimental results show that the correctness of the energy management strategy and the nonlinear coordinated control can better control the bus voltage stability of the system.Therefore,the hybrid energy storage voltage stabilizing controller designed in this paper can achieve the desired purpose to achieve the stable c ontrol of the photovoltaic power generation system fluctuations..
