In recent years,the application of biomass resources has gradually become a hot spot.First of all,the large output of biomass,many kinds,if not handled pr operly will cause serious environmental pollution;secondly,biomass can replace part of the fuel to alleviate the energy problem to a certain extent.The rational utilization of biomass resources will play an irreplaceable role in ecological balance.With the continuous increase of grain output in China,there has been a massive waste of biomass resources.How to make use of biomass r esources has become an urgent problem.Pyrolysis carbonization is one of the main ways to deal with this problem.However,most of the articles only study the products qualitatively,and the products of biomass pyrolysis are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in this paper.In order to explore the solid-liquid gas yield and main characteristics of pyrolysis products of biomass materials at different temperatures,three kinds of biomass,namely,corn straw,rice straw and walnut shell,were selected for pyrolysis carbonization at 300 ?,400 ?,500 ?,600 ? and 700 ? respectively,and then pyrolytic carbon,pyrolysis liquid and pyrolysis gas were collected,and the yields of solid,liquid and gas carbonization products were measured and quantitatively analyzed.At the same time,the key physical and chemical properties of pyrolytic carbon,pyrolytic liquid and pyrolytic gas were determined.Finally,the economy of three kinds of biomass is analyzed.The results of this experiment are as follows:The specific surface area,total pore volume,electrical conductivity,p H and basic functional groups of pyrolytic carbon increased with the increase of temperature,while the pore size and acid functional groups decreased with the increase of temperature,the con ductivity of pyrolytic carbon prepared at 700 C was the strongest and the pore structure was good,the p H of pyrolytic soluti on increased with the increase of temperature,and the quality of pyrolytic solution was the best at 300 C.The main components of pyrolysis gas are hydrogen,methane,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.With the increase of temperature,the content of comb ustible gas increases gradually.From 300 ? to 700 ?,for every 100 ? increase in pyrolysis temperature,the yield of pyrolytic carbon decreased by 7.72%,the yield of pyrolytic gas increased by 3.43%,and the yield of pyrolytic liquid increased by 3.99%.The yield inflection points of corn straw pyrolytic carbon,pyrolytic liquid and pyrolytic gas were 600 ?,611 ? and 666 ?,respectively,while those of rice straw were 666 ?,600 ? and 666 ?,respectively.The yield inflection points of walnut shell pyrolytic carbon,pyrolytic liquid and pyrolytic gas were 416 ?,666 ? and 500 ?,respectively.In addition,the income of corn straw,rice straw and walnut shell was the highest at 300 ?,and the maximum income was 638.36 yuan,605.99 yuan and 850.74 yuan per ton,respectively.
